Tie The Knot Race:
This is one of my favorite shower games. It is
simple to set up and play... And guests of all
ages can participate.
To begin with divide your guests
into two even teams. Each team will get its own
rope. Tie as many knots in each rope as there are
players in each team. On "Go!", the first person in
each team unties one knot in their team's rope, and
then hands the rope to the next person. The next
person does likewise, the ropes continue down the
line. The first team to untie all of the knots in
its rope wins.
A good variation on this game is to have the teams
send the rope down the line once while each player
ties a knot in the rope, and then back up the line
untying the knots. You can also play the game
allowing folks to use only one hand to untie each
knot – so players would have to work in pairs down
the line to get the knots untied. |
